What the information here is
This site describes what DPS Udyog manufactures and how we work. It is descriptive of our capability. It is not an offer to sell, it is not a quotation, and it is not a warranty as to specification, tolerance, capacity or lead time.
Every enquiry is answered with a written quotation. That quotation, together with any purchase order we accept in writing, governs the supply.
Products shown
The photographs show parts we have manufactured. They illustrate our capability. They are not a catalogue of stock items, and they are not offered for sale from this website. We manufacture to a buyer's drawing and specification.
Parts are shown without naming the article or the customer it was made for, in keeping with our Confidentiality of Drawings statement.
Specifications and capability
Materials, finishes, processes and capacities described here are indicative. The confirmed values for any given part come from the accepted drawing and the written quotation for that part.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry creates no contract, and places no obligation on either side. We are not obliged to quote for every enquiry, and you are not committed by making one.
Our intellectual property
The text, the photographs of our work, and the design of this site belong to DPS Udyog. Please do not copy or reproduce them without our written permission.
Your intellectual property
Drawings and specifications you send us remain entirely yours. Manufacturing a part to your design gives us no right in that design. This is set out in full in our Confidentiality of Drawings statement.
Acceptable use
Please do not scrape the site, send automated enquiries, or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another website, it is for convenience. We are not responsible for its content.
Availability
The site is offered as it is available. Maintenance may interrupt access from time to time.
Liability
We take care that the information on this site is accurate and current. To the extent the law allows, we do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, as distinct from the written quotation issued for a specific part.
Liability in respect of goods supplied is dealt with in the terms accompanying the relevant quotation and order acknowledgement. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Faridabad, Haryana have jurisdiction over them.
This governs the use of this website. A contract of supply carries its own governing law and jurisdiction, which may differ, particularly on an export order.

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
