The works did not start as a factory. It grew into one, through three stages that still shape how it runs.

Trading

We started as a trading company in the aftermarket for two wheelers, learning which parts fail, which fit badly, and what riders actually need.

Restoring

Working with classic vehicles, and seeing what they mean to the people who keep them running, we moved into restoring classic scooters. A part built decades ago has no supplier and often no drawing, so we learned to measure the original, model it, and make it again properly.

Manufacturing

Reverse engineering with 3D scanning and printing let us rebuild and prototype parts, first for our own restorations, then in batches for others. That is how a trader became a manufacturer, and why a difficult part is welcome here.

He left an established corporate career to build an Indian supplier that competes on technical competence rather than on price alone. That decision still sets how the works runs, and neither of those two rules has changed since 2006.
